Hello, I’d like to offer some insight into my role. I specialize in providing tailored business guidance to help franchises and independent owners enhance their profitability. I assess the performance of your business, pinpoint areas for opportunity in relation to our company’s benchmarks and objectives, and foster business growth by identifying potential operational improvements. Additionally, I offer training to those who require it in order to improve people practices and independent business development.


In my current position within the company, I have consulted with over 30 different independent operators across four states. Drawing from my educational background with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master’s in Business Administration, both with a concentration in Human Resources, I apply my expertise to drive improvements. My experience with Lean Six Sigma strategies informs my approach, and I am now beginning my journey towards a Doctorate in Organizational Psychology and Management, which will further enhance my ability to contribute to your success.
